If it was proven that God was just a alien from a other planet who was sent to earth to make life on a empty planet would people still worship Him. What would happen to all the religions would people just accept it and try to advance mankind or will they fight the truth if its proven.

who knows, what is the meaning of life, i mean really, what is the purpose of life, there is no proof of life after death in the first place, how many people have really came back from the dead, i mean really dead dead people. how many came back to tell us what is really out there? think about it, how many other gods have claimed to have created any thing, then claimed to have died for us…thing about it…

but you asked, in a sense, he is from another place and is an alien, but he is the one who created this place and gives us the choice to accept him or reject him.
Your hypothetical idea fails to take much into account. God, according to most who believe, created far more than just the life on Earth. Furthermore, I would have to assume that any alien life form would be subject to death, just as humans (and all life on Earth) are. That would mean that an alien couldn’t be the God of creation, omnipotent and omnipresent.
Honestly, I think some would and some would not.
There are plenty of people now who are happy to discount scientific evidence to support their religious view points. (whatever works for you *shrug*) So I do not see why any additional scientific evidence would dent their faith because for them it is already a matter of faith.
There would be some who would accept it gracefully and would continue to worship their alien god, acknowledging the fact hes some big shiny space bug with joy.
and some would probably give up the whole faith thing entirely, or find something else to believe in.
God is an alien from another planet, His planet is Heaven.

Human beings haven’t even found intelligent life on other planets, so it’s not likely that most human beings will find out what God actually is, if he is that, in their life times.
If an alien came to earth, he/she/it wouldn’t be God.
In order to qualify as God, one must first have created this MEST universe (MEST = Matter, Energy, Space and Time).
But because God created this MEST universe, He can not be part of the very universe He created, nor can He consist of that which He created.
That means that God could not be matter or energy (Jesus said “God is Spirit”), and He must transcend space and time, meaning that He must be infinite in scope and eternal in duration.
Now, if an alien from another planet comes to earth, do you honestly think that he/she/it could possibly satisfy the criteria?
Only ONE meets all the criteria, the God who IS. In fact one of His names means something like, He has within Himself sufficient cause for His own existence, without the need of a prior cause, the “self-sufficient One”, the uncaused First Cause, the uncreated Creator.
Okay first of all God is worship because of what he allegedly has, kindness and Heaven. After reading the Bible myself God has no such thing as kindness, but he has Heaven. People want this Heaven, everything you can hope for, dream of, etc. in one spot. Secondly God is extremely violent and murderous so if the people turned their back on god he would sent in a tornado just like a loving father normally does! You see YahooAnswers god sent in the earthquake to Italy because he loves Italy!

By the way if you were to pray at least ten minutes every day for a whole year praying you would’ve spent 3650 minutes praying to a being you have no idea exists. That, if you divide by 24 hours which is the length of one day, you get 152 days spent praying to a being you have no idea exists. That is like half of a year! Now imagine spending ten years praying at least ten minutes everyday! That is 36,500 hours spent praying to a being we have no idea exists. Divide that by 24 hours and we get 1,520 days spent praying to a being we have no idea that exists or not. Divide 1,520 days by the days of a year, 365, and we get four years of our lives spent praying when nothing good comes from it! People are still dying despite your prayers!
