They don’t, Evolution is about actual biology on Earth involving real living things. Imaginary things like Aliens and ET are a topic for sociologists, folklorists, and psychologists. If and when we find life on other planets and have studied it for awhile, then this question can be addressed.

“Which, by the way, has been proven to be fact, not theory although it is still called that.”
This statement has no grounding in actual science. Theories *cannot* be proven to be fact. This isn’t just semantics–it’s a category error. Proof is a mathematical term; theory has a very different meaning in science than it does in everyday language, and there are always unknowns that prevent theories from becoming facts.
I challenge you to find one credible scientist who calls Darwin’s theory of evolution a fact.
As for the question:
Presumably, life on other planets would have evolved much like life on Earth has. Different initial conditions and different circumstances may have changed the rate of at which intelligent life arose, but there is nothing incompatible with evolution and life on other planets.
I read somewhere if the dinosaurs didn’t go extinct they would have evolved into the typical ”alien.” Just like elephants evolved to people, dinosaurs would have taken the place of the mammals and evolved into the reptilian version of man. It was a long time ago when I read that though, so this staement may be a tad flawed.
Alien life would have evolved on its own planet and therefore fits in quite well in Darwins theory of evolution. Which, by the way, has been proven to be fact, not theory although it is still called that.
